Reflective Practice

A significant part of my art and teaching practice is being reflective, and constantly looking back in order to improve in the future. I encourage self reflection and assessment to my own students through various methods, to promote motivation, confidence and self realisation. I use questioning, evaluation tasks, group reflections and evaluation worksheets, etc., to integrate reflection in every class lesson.
